This job starts Tuesday 6-16-2026 at 10 am. I take applications thru Indeed. I will call for a phone interview between 5-8 pm daily the week prior to the class. You'll need your own, reliable car or truck to travel to job sites in the surrounding area You must be available during the day and occasional evenings/weekends to meet with homeowners and property owners. Insurance companies require 2 inspections per year. Get a Contingency Agreement signed. A Contingency Agreement is not a contract, its just an agreement that we will meet their insurance adjuster on their roof at no charge or obligation. Meet the adjuster. Drop by on build day. Collect the check. At Vertical Solutions, we back our team with the tools, training, and support you need to win. Our reputation is everything—so we do things the right way, every time. About the pay. Our lowest paid associate earned $78,000 his first year. All our second year associates earn over $100,000 and many over $200,000 $250 in weekly early commissions (which are not draw and are not repaid) up to $583 depending on experience. $1,500 Monthly Bonus. Paid end of month. This forms the Guaranteed Minimum Foundational Pay. $250 x 4.33 weeks/month = $1,080 per month Plus $1,500 Monthly bonus = $2,580 Foundational Pay Plus $100 for every Contingency Agreement which is paid weekly. Typically 3-5 per week. This is combined with foundational pay totaling $3,800 to over $5,500 per month Before commissions start. Commissions on completed roof installs vary between $1,000-$6,000. Paid weekly when last check is collected. The goal of all these income sources is to assure YOU of a good, solid pay that allows you to pay your bills from the first payday which is the second Friday you are with us.
