ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be: Fully documenting new potential projects with pictures and video Learning to fly a drone using proprietary automated flight software Working directly with homeowners to sell new residential roofs Cold calling potential new clients by knocking on doors Helping walk clients through the insurance claims process Writing estimates using company software (you can learn this quickly) Collecting all payments and ensuring client happiness Developing relationships with insurance agents (expense card provided) This Is for You If… You love to make your own schedule outside of company-set leads You have an outgoing personality and love to talk to all types of people You have basic knowledge of construction or roofing You're detail-oriented and understand the importance of documentation You like to follow processes but enjoy the freedom to develop your own You set goals regularly and hit them What You're Looking For… Unlimited earning potential well into the six figures Growth potential into management positions Work with a team of rockstars that support each other Flexibility — work your own schedule (except for company-set leads) Commission Based Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance and join one of the fastest-growing roofing companies in the South!
