The right candidate is driven, customer-focused, and passionate about helping people find the right vehicle — whether they're buying their first car or their tenth. Responsibilities Greet customers, assess their needs and preferences, and match them with suitable vehicles Demonstrate vehicles, conduct test drives, and answer questions thoroughly and professionally Negotiate prices, trade-in values, and financing options to close deals Maintain a thorough understanding of vehicle features, specifications, and current pricing Complete sales paperwork accurately and efficiently in compliance with dealership policies Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals Maintain a clean, organized showroom and lot inventory Identify and pursue new sales opportunities while staying current on market trends and competitor activity Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred; automotive sales experience a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and address objections professionally Self-motivated with a dependable, positive work ethic Dealer Management System (DMS) experience preferred Intermediate to advanced computer skills Valid driver's license required We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
