Hiring Expectations:

High school diploma or GED required Associate degree preferred but not required Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record 5+ years of experience in sales, in-home sales, HVAC sales, or related skilled trades environments preferred Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and digital sales tools Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills Ability to work flexible hours as needed Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team Understanding of residential HVAC systems, comfort solutions, and industry regulations preferred Ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, kneel, bend, and work in varying weather conditions Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Must pass drug testing and background screening in accordance with company standards Dr. P's HVAC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
