From 30 locations around the globe, DOPAG provides customized solutions for all kinds of industries. Our US subsidiary is located in Erlanger, Kentucky. We welcome recent college graduates, and are committed to training you on our product line and providing the guidance to be successful. This position is also ideal for someone with a year or two of experience. You will be part of a dedicated team with an established company that has been in the business for more than 40 years. The high quality standards of DOPAG products guarantee maximum precision and repeatability of the results - even in highly automated processes. We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Rep. The ideal candidate will complete a variety of sales tasks accurately and completely to ensure the customer satisfaction. Tasks include, but not limited to: Discipline along with the ability to learn our technical product line Commitment to following a sales plan and make the calls Follow up on all leads on a timely basis and track in CRM system Input all sales activities into proprietary software system daily Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals Ability to work effectively with team members Conduct job functions in a manner that promotes a high level of customer service and satisfaction Skills and qualification Bachelor degree and/or Must be a high school graduate but some college preferred Technical background is preferred Energetic and motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment Must have the ability to learn a wide variety of technical products and their applications Motivation and drive to handle a large volume of calls daily Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize workload and meet sales goals Proficient in Microsoft office and ability to navigate CRM software Team player with a positive attitude
