Compensation:
Starting at $13/hour Option for Part-Time or Full-Time Potential salary evolution based on experience and results

Field-based / Travel-based position About Us We are two family-owned premium brands operating in the wine and beauty industries: French Oaks Winery — a growing winery and wholesale wine business selling directly to liquor stores, wine shops, restaurants, hotels, and hospitality accounts across Kentucky and Ohio. Modologie — a French skincare and esthetic technology brand specializing in luxury facial treatments, spa technologies, and professional skincare systems for estheticians, spas, and beauty professionals. Both businesses focus on long-term relationships, premium positioning, and direct account development without relying on large distributor structures. The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Wine & Beauty Sales Representative to help expand our wholesale wine distribution network and, over time, support the development of our professional beauty and spa accounts. Important Training Structure The first several months of this role will be focused exclusively on the wine division. This initial phase is designed to: Build strong field sales experience Develop territory management skills Establish wine distribution accounts and procedures Learn compliance, reporting, and operational systems The beauty and skincare division will be introduced progressively after the candidate is fully comfortable with the wine side of the business, as the skincare and esthetic technology industry requires more extensive product and treatment training.
This position is ideal for:

Key Responsibilities Initial Focus — Wine Division Prospect and develop new wholesale wine accounts Visit liquor stores, wine shops, restaurants, bars, and hotels Conduct tastings and product presentations Maintain strong account relationships Complete Bills of Lading and required paperwork Collect checks and make deposits when needed Future Expansion — Beauty & Spa Division (After training period) Prospect estheticians, beauty salons, spas, medspas, and hotels Present Modologie skincare products and facial technologies Schedule demonstrations and training visits Support spa events, open houses, and professional beauty shows Build long-term professional partnerships Administrative & Reporting Log all visits and travel routes using Google Maps Send visit recaps and sales activity reports by email Maintain accurate customer and sales records Coordinate territory planning with management Respect territory assignments and avoid overlap with local reps What We're Looking For Highly motivated and dependable Comfortable with frequent long-distance driving Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized and detail-oriented Able to work independently Professional appearance and attitude Willingness to learn both wine and beauty industries Requirements Valid driver's license Clean driving record Ability to travel regularly Preferred (but not required) Wine sales experience Beauty industry experience Spa or esthetics background Outside sales experience What We Offer Company car provided Company cellphone provided Paid training Real-world B2B sales experience Opportunity for career growth as territories expand Autonomous and entrepreneurial work environment Exposure to both the wine and beauty industries Important Note This is not a local-only sales position.
