Floral Sales Account Representative

We have an Excellent opportunity available for a Highly Motivated and Results Driven Sales Representative to join our Team! . The Sales Representative will be able to: Create a personal Sales Plan that will generate new business opportunities, increase sales, and grow their customer base. Actively call on prospective / new accounts and develop a business relationship. Service and build existing client accounts. Evaluate customer needs and recommend products and/or solutions, introduce new products, add-ons, and promote sales and special events. Continually monitor industry and product trends, seasonal and economic conditions, consumer needs, and competitor activities and incorporate into sales plan. Plan and forecast future sales trends based on historical sales records/activity, recurring buys and current inventory levels. Oversee all aspects of order fulfillment from sale to delivery, including Pulling and Packing orders. Participate in sales meetings, support company/sales initiatives and objectives, and contribute to the overall growth of the business Act as a Team Player and provide support to other areas of responsibility .

Qualifications:

2-5 years similar Sales experience (floral industry preferred) High School Diploma, or equivalent Strong Sales Technique/Ability Excellent comprehension, communication, & interpersonal skills Accurate and detail oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast paced environment. Ability to lift/move up to 25lbs of weight Intermediate Computer Skills (w/ MS Office knowledge) Must be available to work from 6AM-1PM, Mon-Fri and alternating Saturdays from 6AM-10AM. .
