The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on providing exceptional comfort solutions to our clients. Duties:
Conduct consultations with customers to assess their comfort needs Recommend appropriate HVAC systems or services based on customer requirements Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals Work closely with office team and installation team to ensure efficient and smooth process through completion Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals Utilize sales management software to track leads and customer interactions Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing projects Be the primary point of contact through duration of the project, including home visit after the project is complete to ensure 100% satisfaction Answer questions and educate potential customers on the steps required to add products to their home Keep detailed records and log all interactions and communications with potential customers in Service Titan Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing Relationship selling to build strong bonds with customers and earn repeat business through excellent performance Meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goals through top performance and commitment Become an expert of your market area, know the customer needs
Skills:
Proven experience in outside sales, direct sales, or retail sales Minimum of 3 years of sales experience Minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience Strong ability to manage customer relationships and meet sales target Proficiency in using sales management software for tracking and reporting Excellent cold calling and lead generation skills Demonstrated business development acumen Learn and utilize Service Titan software Work in both an indoor and outdoor setting Physically able to access attics and crawl spaces Able to endure weather conditions (heat, cold, wet, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Must have a valid driver's license, possess and maintain a satisfactory driving record Must be able to multi-task and work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team Fayette Heating and Air is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
