Sales Support Specialist:
Represent nonprofit organizations professionally during face-to-face interactions Support the coordination and execution of fundraising events Deliver accurate, mission-aligned messaging to potential donors Assist with tracking donor information and collecting contributions Collaborate with team members and event leaders to optimize performance Maintain a consistent and professional presence at all events Promote a positive donor experience while upholding compliance and ethical standards Contribute to post-event reporting and feedback for continuous improvement Uphold the values of our company and our clients during every fundraising activity Qualifications for a
Sales Support Specialist:
Experience in fundraising, sales, customer service, or event support preferred Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in-person and engage confidently with members of the public High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings Commitment to representing charitable missions with accuracy and enthusiasm Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods during event days
