Responsibilities:

Learn company communication methods, sales materials, and office structure Participate in daily training sessions focused on professional development, communication, and sales quality Serve as a liaison between clients and our sales team Assist in tracking client data and sales performance using Salesforce Make follow-up and reminder calls to customers to ensure satisfaction and retention Work with leadership to set and achieve weekly goals

Candidate Qualities:

Team-oriented and collaborative Strong communication skills, both listening and speaking Positive attitude and professional demeanor Problem-solver with the ability to identify issues and seek effective solutions Motivated by personal and team success Willingness to grow within the company Preferred Qualifications (not required): 1-2 years of customer service experience or similar High school diploma or college degree Comfortable with daily interaction with customers or coworkers
