We are committed to growth, integrity, and building a strong organization together. Overview We are seeking a dynamic Wireless Sales Representative to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging customers, demonstrating products, and providing tailored wireless solutions. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help drive sales and ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our diverse clientele. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assess their wireless needs with professionalism and attentiveness Conduct product demonstrations to showcase device features and plan options effectively Upsell additional services, accessories, or plans to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance Assist customers with POS (Point of Sale) transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability Provide clear phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or in person Support inventory management through stock replenishment and accurate record keeping Requirements Prior retail sales experience, preferably in a grocery store or electronics environment Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities Strong communication skills with bilingual abilities preferred to serve diverse customers Knowledge of POS systems and basic math skills for transactions and inventory management Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and customer service excellence Familiarity with merchandising, stocking procedures, and retail math principles Excellent phone etiquette, cash handling skills, and attention to detail in cashiering tasks Join our team today to become part of a forward-thinking organization that values growth, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
