  • Louisville, KY $65,000 base | Uncapped Commission | OTE $100,000+ Who We Are Total Network Designs (TND) is a Louisville-based Managed Service Provider helping small and mid-sized businesses stay secure, connected, and competitive.
We provide IT support, cybersecurity, cloud services, and low-voltage wiring — and we're growing. We're looking for a driven sales professional to own the Louisville market and build something real. The Opportunity This is a true hunting role with a strong base, uncapped upside, and a company that will invest in your success. You'll have the freedom to build your own pipeline, the support of a technical team behind you, and a service offering that sells itself to the right buyers. If you've been capped out, undervalued, or just ready for a fresh start with real earning potential — this is worth a conversation. What You'll Do Own new business development across the Louisville market Prospect through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and LinkedIn Meet with business owners, CEOs, and operations leaders to uncover IT pain points Present and close managed service agreements Manage your pipeline and follow-up in CRM Represent TND at local networking events and in the community Hand off closed deals to our technical team for seamless onboarding What We're Looking For 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of self-generated pipeline Experience selling to business owners or executive-level decision makers Comfortable with consultative, longer-cycle sales Experience selling services, contracts, or recurring solutions Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts into business value Organized, disciplined, and CRM-proficient Valid driver's license and based in Louisville Bonus points for: Background in IT, MSP, SaaS, telecom, or cybersecurity sales Deals closed above $30K An established Louisville network Active LinkedIn presence What TND Offers $65,000 base salary Uncapped commission — your effort directly drives your income On-target earnings of $100,000+ Health insurance contribution Life insurance Mileage reimbursement Professional development support Ongoing coaching and mentorship A local team that wants to see you win One Question Before You Apply Have you been directly responsible for generating your own new business through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, or referrals?
