Job Description

Overview Floor Coverings International Louisville East is currently seeking a high-performing Business Development/Sales Associate to join our growing team. As a national leader in "in-home" flooring sales, we pride ourselves on delivering a seamless, consultative experience for our customers. In this role, you will spend approximately 40% of your time networking and developing residential and commercial leads and about 60% of your time running company and self-generated sales appointments. Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients through networking events, BNI participation, local marketing and outside sales efforts, building strong relationships and understanding their needs. Conduct engaging in-home product demos to showcase features and benefits, tailoring presentations to client requirements. Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term collaboration. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience and flawless execution. Maintain organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using Salesforce and other proprietary programs. Experience Proven experience in B2B and/or in-home sales highly preferred, demonstrating a strong track record of achieving targets. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills that facilitate effective client engagement. Demonstrated ability in account management, customer service, and conducting product demos with confidence. Experience in outside sales environments with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing deals. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
