Job Description

KY Med Cards is is looking for a motivated, outgoing Clinic Growth Representative to help bring patients through the door, guide them through the medical card process, and build awareness in the local community. This is not a traditional office job. This role is for someone who enjoys talking to people, following up with leads, building relationships, and being rewarded based on results. Patients are already reaching out and showing interest. Your job is to help them take the next step: schedule, show up, complete their paperwork, and move smoothly through the appointment process. This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential for someone who takes ownership, follows up consistently, and helps the clinic grow. Compensation This is a performance-based position. $20 per patient processed Additional bonuses and incentives tied to clinic growth, patient volume, and initiative No fixed income cap Top performers can earn $5,000-$7,000+ per month as volume scales Your earnings are directly tied to your ability to help interested patients complete the process and contribute to clinic growth. What You'll Do Patient Support & Clinic Flow Welcome and check in patients Guide patients through the appointment process Help patients complete applications, renewals, and required documentation Clearly explain pricing, appointment flow, and next steps Coordinate with providers and help keep appointments running smoothly Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment Provide excellent service from first contact through completion Lead Follow-Up & Patient Conversion Work inbound leads from company marketing, including calls, texts, and online inquiries Follow up with interested patients and help them schedule appointments Help patients understand the process and feel comfortable moving forward Reduce no-shows through consistent communication and follow-up Take ownership of converting interest into completed appointments Community Outreach & Growth Build relationships with local CBD shops, wellness businesses, medical offices, and community partners Create referral relationships that help drive patient volume Attend local events and look for creative ways to increase awareness Help spread the word about the clinic during launch Actively contribute ideas and effort to grow patient volume Who This Role Is For We are looking for someone who is: Naturally outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking to people Motivated by performance-based pay Competitive, goal-oriented, and results-driven Comfortable discussing pricing and helping people make decisions Experienced in sales, outreach, customer service, lead follow-up, or relationship-based work Self-directed and able to take ownership without needing constant supervision Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Excited to help build something from the ground up This Role Is Not a Fit For This role is probably not a fit for someone who: Wants a guaranteed salary regardless of performance s looking for a traditional office manager position Dislikes sales, follow-up, outreach, or networking Is uncomfortable talking about pricing Needs to be micromanaged Wants to simply "work a shift" instead of helping grow the business Required or Willing to Obtain Notary Public certification, or willingness to become a notary Fees for becoming a notary will be reimbursed Schedule Clinic hours typically run in 3-6 hour blocks based on patient volume. Some evenings or weekends may be required depending on demand. Scheduling can be flexible as long as patient appointments, clinic coverage, and follow-up responsibilities are handled.
