Field-Based Base Salary:

$40,000 - $60,000 +

Uncapped Commission On-Target Earnings:

$75,000 - $110,000+ We are hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative to build and manage a defined Louisville-area territory. This is a true field sales role focused on B2B prospecting and new business development. What You'll Do:

Conduct daily cold calling and in-person prospecting Develop and grow a defined sales territory Present vending and coin-operated partnership programs to small businesses Build and maintain a consistent pipeline Track all activity in CRM Close new business consistently

What We're Looking For:

1+ year of outside sales, B2B sales, route sales, or field sales experience preferred Strong prospecting and closing ability Comfortable with rejection and high daily activity Self-motivated with a hunter mentality Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
