Job Requirements Located in the heart of Louisville's East End, the Hilton Garden Inn Louisville East offers modern accommodations, flexible meeting space, elevated food and beverage experiences, and exceptional hospitality for both business and leisure travelers. Our hotel is known for delivering a welcoming guest experience, strong service culture, and a team-driven environment focused on excellence. The Commercial Team at the Hilton Garden Inn Louisville East is currently seeking a Part-Time Sales Coordinator to join our award-winning property. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in supporting a high-performing sales team. Shift Pattern:
This role is primarily Monday- Friday 8:00am
- 4:00pm with the occasional ability to be flexible with their time to accommodate any client engagement events and site inspections. What will I be doing? As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide support to the Executive Leadership Team, Director, Sales Managers and clerical support including word
- processing, typing, e-mailing, filing, data-entry, Excel spreadsheets, copying, corresponding, answering telephones, processing mail, taking notes, making travel arrangements and performing other general office duties.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in sales, catering, or events Knowledge of the hotel industry Familiarity with Delphi What are we looking for?
