Commission Based Neighborhood Canvasser/ Lead Generator

Job Summary:

Commission-Based Neighborhood Canvasser / Lead Generator Roof Angel is seeking motivated, outgoing, and self-driven individuals to join our team as Commission-Based Neighborhood Canvassers. In this role, you will be responsible for canvassing residential neighborhoods, engaging homeowners, and generating qualified leads for our roofing sales team. This is a performance-based position with unlimited earning potential for individuals who are motivated by results and enjoy interacting with people.

Key Responsibilities:

Canvass assigned neighborhoods by going door-to-door and engaging homeowners. Introduce Roof Angel's services and educate homeowners about potential roofing concerns, storm damage, inspections, and available promotions. Identify homeowners who may benefit from a free roof inspection or roofing consultation. Collect accurate contact information and schedule appointments for the sales team. Record and submit all leads using company-provided systems and processes. Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at all times. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation goals. Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions as required. Follow all company policies, local regulations, and neighborhood solicitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to engage with homeowners. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods. Reliable transportation preferred. Previous sales, customer service, canvassing, or door-to-door experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation:

100% commission-based compensation. Earn commission for every qualified lead that results in a completed roofing project. Unlimited earning potential with no cap on commissions. Performance bonuses and incentive opportunities may be available.
