Job Description

Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement:
Greet customers on the showroom floor or lot, actively listen to their lifestyle needs and budget, and match them with suitable new or used vehicles.
Vehicle Demonstrations:
Explain vehicle features, warranties, and benefits. Safely conduct and oversee test drives while following dealership identification and liability procedures.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up:
Prospect for new buyers through phone calls, emails, and social media. Follow up with past customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business or referrals.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up to date on incoming inventory, incoming manufacturer models, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
