Summary/objective The Sales Leader is tasked with successfully finding, developing, and growing referral partner relationships, client accounts and stewarding the company brand. Essential functions Building commercial business relationships on a local and regional basis Property Management Hospitality Senior Living Commercial Real Estate Developing a network of referral partners and high-frequency referrers Assisting in customer/client communication in order to ensure we deliver an extraordinary customer experience Securing client reviews and supporting positive online rankings Representing the brand at industry events, networking events and association participation Building and maintaining client/referral database Presenting and securing Priority Response Plans (PRP) Developing and Maintaining knowledge of markets and industry trends Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent sales and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite or related software Supervisory responsibilities Overseeing event staff, vendors and other marketing staff as required Work environment Office and administrative environments Residential and commercial work sites Physical demands Prolonged periods of sitting in vehicles and at a desk Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds at a time Prolonged periods of exposure to noise created by power tools, equipment and heavy machinery Exposure to standard work site environments Travel required Minimum travel outside the immediate operating area may be required Required education and experience High school diploma or equivalent At least two years of related experience Preferred education and experience Two or more years experience in B2B sales and/or account management IICRC certifications in Water, Fire and Mold restoration
