$37,500/yr•$41,500/yr based on experience + Commission is subject to productivity: estimated $6,000/yr•$15,000/yr About the Role Tiger Labor & Staffing is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business growth across Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. This is an internal position — you represent Tiger Labor directly; driving to businesses daily, knocking on doors, and introducing our staffing services to local businesses. Outside Sales Duties (Daily Fieldwork) Drive to surrounding businesses and conduct "cold-call" stops Introduce Tiger Labor's staffing services to new prospects Generate leads, follow up on warm opportunities, and reactivate old accounts Track activity and hit weekly new‑business goals Operations & Office Support Assist with payroll when needed Help recruit, screen, and onboard applicants Support paperwork, documentation, and compliance Answer phones, greet walk‑ins, and help keep office flow moving Jump in wherever needed What You Need Experience in outside sales, route sales, or similar fieldwork Comfortable knocking on doors and talking to new people all day Strong communication and people skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Clerical/computer experience Self‑motivation and the ability to manage your own schedule well Compensation & Benefits Base salary + commission (see above) Car allowance + cell phone allowance Weekly pay If you like staying busy, meeting new people, and being part of a team that works hard and moves fast, you'll fit right in here.
