In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships, showcasing our premium vehicle inventory, and delivering exceptional sales experiences. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help customers find their perfect vehicle while ensuring they receive outstanding service from initial contact through post-sale follow-up. Duties Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities and expand the sales pipeline. Conduct detailed needs assessments to recommend suitable vehicles, upselling additional features and services to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership revenue. Manage inventory effectively, including inventory control and retail math calculations, to ensure optimal vehicle presentation and availability. Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, follow up on inquiries, and maintain organized sales records. Negotiate deals confidently with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while adhering to dealership policies and high-end sales standards. Deliver compelling product presentations through public speaking skills and clear communication, both in person and via phone etiquette. Collaborate with the sales support team to coordinate marketing efforts, support B2B (business-to-business) sales initiatives, and develop strategies for increasing sales volume. Skills Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of dealership operations. Excellent communication skills, including bilingual or multilingual abilities that enhance customer engagement across diverse markets. Strong negotiation skills coupled with outbound sales expertise to close deals effectively. Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and dealership marketing tools. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously within a structured sales pipeline. Knowledge of automotive industry trends, high-end sales techniques, and upselling strategies to maximize revenue opportunities. Exceptional customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette and public speaking abilities. Basic math skills for retail math calculations, inventory control, and retail math accuracy essential for precise deal structuring.
