Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure a smooth customer experience. Requirements Proven sales track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Dealership experience preferred but not required. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and handle multiple customers effectively. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
