This is more than just a sales job — we're looking for someone who can build relationships with customers, stay organized, and help manage flooring projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with interior selections and product knowledgeFollow up with leads and maintain customer communication throughout the projectKeep up with flooring inventory, materials, and orders Communicate with flooring manufacturers and suppliersHelp coordinate orders, measurements, and schedulingMaintain accurate notes and updates in the systemProvide excellent customer service in person and over the phoneHelp keep the showroom organized and professional

Qualifications:

Interior design Strong communication and customer service skillsOrganized and detail-orientedAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentSales experience Flooring knowledge & product Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic
