Responsibilities Learn and develop in-depth knowledge of oil and gas parts, equipment, and inventory Assist customers with product selection, orders, and inquiries Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service Troubleshoot customer needs and provide effective solutions Pull, stage, and organize warehouse inventory for customer orders Receive incoming shipments and maintain accurate stock levels Support daily warehouse operations, cleanliness, and organization Collaborate with team members to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time Qualifications Previous inside sales, warehouse, customer service, or oil & gas industry experience preferred but not required Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to learn technical products and parts quickly Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities Self-motivated with a desire to grow within the company Ability to lift and move inventory as needed Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Why This Opportunity?
