Performance based incentives/bonus (if applicable) Job Description As an Inside Sales Representative, you will drive revenue growth by managing customer relationships, generating quotes, and converting opportunities into orders in the electric utility and telecommunication markets. You will support multiple manufacturers that JTH represents and focus on proactive selling techniques to add business opportunities. You will also collaborate with outside sales to ensure organizational goals are being met. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and manufacturers. Partner with outside sales to develop and close new business. Acquire, use, and continuously develop personal technical knowledge of general and specialty merchandise items to assist customers and other company personnel. Communicate with customers, distributors, and manufacturers on quote requests, potential orders, and previous orders. Problem-solve customer issues on orders, shipments, and potential orders. Maintain accurate order tracking and provide status updates. Additional responsibilities as defined by the business. Occasional traveling required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in electric utility, telecommunications, or industrial sales. Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, etc.) Experience with CRM systems/Excel Minimum Qualifications 1-3 years of sales or customer-facing experience (or equivalent) Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in
