You will be one of the key players in our office. You must love working with people, be an outstanding communicator and love working hard with a group of kickass people, in order to help change the lives of our patients.
Basic duties include:
  • Keeping patients on their schedule and on their treatment plan.
  • Presenting financials to patients for treatment plans
  • Conducting new patient health history consultations
  • Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the office.
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
  • Onboarding the patient through the various treatment departments.
  • Coordinate with the insurance department.
  • Maintain patient records and update medical charts.
  • Assist with administrative support tasks as needed.
  • Coordinating and assisting with the onboarding of new employees.
You must have:
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and sales skills!
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail!
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively!
  • Familiarity with office software and electronic medical record systems!
You will play a crucial role in establishing new patients into our office. You will be responsible for onboarding all new patients, coordinating their treatment plan, providing administrative support with all of our providers, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, assisting with insurance claims and employee onboarding.
