In this fast-paced role, you'll support and coordinate sales activities across multiple channels, helping ensure clear communication between Outside Sales Representatives, customers, and internal team members. Key Responsibilities Support Outside Sales Representatives with account and territory management Assist with lumber takeoffs, estimates, and special orders Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying upsell opportunities Manage quotes, pricing updates, and order accuracy Maintain and update CRM systems with customer and sales activity Coordinate communication between sales, operations, and customers to ensure smooth project execution Qualifications Strong communication skills—both written and verbal Ability to manage quoting, pricing, invoicing, and in-house customer accounts High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Comfortable using computers and learning industry software (CRM, order entry, etc.) Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Preferred (but not required) Experience in lumber, building materials, or construction Familiarity with takeoffs, estimating, or blueprint reading Inside sales or customer service experience
