This role is perfect for motivated self-starters with strong communication skills. Conduct regular in-person visits to ensure strong customer engagement and service Maintain high customer retention though consistent communication and reliability Identify and execute opportunities to grow existing accounts through expanded products and offerings and introduction of specialty and imported items. Develope and manage a structured territory schedule Coordinate with internal operations to ensure accurate ordering and delivery Track customer activity, opportunities, and account performance
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred, Proven sales experience, preferably B2B or B2C, Excellent communication skills, Self-motivated and goal-oriented, Proficiency with CRM and sales software We are a family-owned foodservice distribution company in New Orleans serving bakeries, donut shops, restaurants, and hospitality venues. Our business is built on long-term relationships, consistency, and service —not high-pressure sales. We are seeking a professional Outside Sales Representative to take over and grow an established territory with active customers.
