Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while driving sales growth in your designated territory. Your ability to analyze customer needs, negotiate contracts, and upsell products will be crucial in achieving our business development goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and territory management, along with proficiency in software tools such as Salesforce. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth. Conduct regular territory management activities to identify potential leads and opportunities. Utilize software tools to analyze market trends and customer data for informed decision-making. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing accounts. Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the inside sales team to align strategies and share insights on client needs. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing product offerings and benefits. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Qualifications MUST have experience in Restaurant Management and/or Kitchen. Proven experience in outside sales or a related field, with a focus on business development. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Proficiency in using software tools for sales tracking and analysis, particularly Salesforce. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Ability to manage a designated territory effectively, identifying key opportunities for growth. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections in the sales process.
