Founded by artist Colette Bernard, our products blend art, fashion, and joyful design with a highly engaged online audience and growing retail footprint. We're entering a new phase of growth and are looking for someone who is excited about building systems, growing wholesale partnerships, increasing sales, and helping scale a creative business. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven Sales & Partnerships Manager to lead and grow our wholesale, partnership, and business-to-business sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone who loves both strategy and execution —someone who can build relationships, maintain account growth, analyze sales performance, proactively identify new opportunities for revenue, and confidently represent the brand through outreach, events, and wholesale partnerships. This position will also play a key role in generating custom order opportunities, branded merchandise partnerships, corporate gifting, collaborations, and large-scale creative projects by building qualified sales pipelines and coordinating smooth handoffs to our internal and external marketing and creative team. The ideal candidate is sales-minded, detail-oriented, self-motivated, highly organized, and excited to help scale a creative business. Primary ResponsibilitiesWholesale Account Management Manage and maintain existing wholesale accounts and relationships Ensure strong communication, timely follow-up, and reorder retention Maintain account records, contact information, and sales history Create exceptional account experiences that encourage long-term partnerships Monitor reorder schedules and proactively maintain account engagement New Business Development Research and identify new wholesale opportunities, retailers, stockists, corporate gifting, and partnership opportunities Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, social media, networking, trade shows, and in-person relationship building Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline Convert leads into long-term wholesale partners Develop strategic partnerships that increase revenue and brand visibility Proactively identify opportunities to expand into new markets, customer segments, and revenue channels Sales Strategy & Growth Develop and maintain a clear wholesale and partnerships growth strategy Track sales growth, account performance, reorder trends, and business opportunities Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals Identify underperforming categories and recommend opportunities for growth Help ownership forecast revenue and inventory needs based on sales performance Maintain visibility into growth opportunities and sales forecasting Brand Partnerships & Custom Orders Identify and pursue opportunities for custom orders, branded merchandise, collaborations, corporate gifting, and large-scale partnership opportunities Conduct outreach to brands, organizations, tourism groups, events, retailers, universities, nonprofits, and businesses that may benefit from custom products or branded experiences Research and build relationships with prospective custom-order clients and strategic partners Qualify leads, understand project goals, budgets, timelines, and deliverables before transitioning projects internally Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities for custom merchandise, event partnerships, and branded collaborations Collaborate closely with our New York based Marketing Agency to ensure a smooth handoff from sales inquiry to proposal, creative development, and fulfillment Maintain visibility into custom project pipelines to support follow-up, relationship retention, and future reorder opportunities Identify repeat business opportunities and long-term partnership potential Reporting & Analytics Maintain organized reporting dashboards and sales tracking systems Track KPIs and growth metrics, including: New accounts opened Wholesale revenue growth Reorder frequency Average order value Retention of wholesale partners Custom order pipeline growth Partnership and event ROI Provide regular reporting, recommendations, and sales updates to ownership Events, Pop-Ups & Community Outreach Represent the brand at select pop-ups, conventions, trade shows, markets, and community events as needed Help identify high-opportunity events and partnerships that align with business goals Support sales, relationship-building, and brand visibility through in-person engagement Conduct outreach to event organizers, retailers, local partners, influencers, and business communities to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth Assist in planning and executing trade show and convention strategy, including booth preparation, outreach, follow-up, and lead conversion Travel locally or regionally for events as needed Product & Brand Partnership Coordination Collaborate with internal teams to launch new collections into wholesale and partnership channels Help curate product assortments for different retailers and opportunities Coordinate sales materials, line sheets, samples, and presentations Ensure wholesale and partnership offerings align with brand standards and profitability goals Qualifications Experience in sales, wholesale, account management, business development, partnerships, retail buying, event coordination, or a related field preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail Comfortable managing spreadsheets, CRM systems, reporting, and sales tracking Comfortable speaking to customers, buyers, and partners in person and virtually Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Passion for small business, retail, art, Compensation will be based on experience and may include a combination of: Base salary Performance incentives and/or commission opportunities Travel/event reimbursement when applicable Growth
