Spa Wellness Tech/Sales Specialist

The Position:

Spa Technician/Sales Specialist Job Description:

Greeting clients and inputting client information into Mindbody Screening clients, and assisting in completion of waivers Running client sessions Inputting notes and specifics for each client Booking, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments Cleaning rooms and ensuring cleanliness around spa Assist in maintenance of equipment to ensure cleanliness and functionality Maintain current product knowledge of all services and products that we offer clients to support and enhance their wellness Educating clients on benefits, packages, and membership/program options Follow up calls Job Qualifications A passion for health, wellness, and giving clients the best care Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and actively builds positive relationships with clients and patients At least two years of customer service experience Previous experience in health spa, physical therapy, rehabilitation, or another related field preferred Initiative Problem Solving Skills Attention to Detail Team members should be excited to learn, explain and utilize Cryotherapy, PEMF Therapy, Redlight/Infrared Therapy, Normatec Compression Therapy, Muscle Activation and Growth Treatments, and Laser Therapy!
