Job Description
This is a route sales position and requires driving to multiple cities. Advantage Solutions is seeking an experienced salesperson/merchandiser to represent our client in the candy and snack categories. This individual actively seeks new sales opportunities and collaborates with decision-makers to implement effective selling strategies. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, can work independently to meet client goals, is self-motivated and driven to succeed.

Convenience Responsibilities:
- Develop key relationships with store and market managers.
- Maintain scheduled store coverage to client standard.
- Build and maintain high-volume displays.
- Successfully secure and maintain display and shelf placement of client products.
- Identify opportunities and collaborate with store personnel to deliver sales growth.

Requirements:
- Valid Driver's license
- Vehicle to travel to retail locations in your area
- M - F; 8 AM to 5 PM availability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with Outlook and tablet applications
