The Fiber Sales Specialist walks our customers through all things AT&T Fiber and handles sales conversations about how better connectivity supports work, school, streaming, and everyday digital life. As a Fiber Sales Specialist, you will educate customers personally who are curious about better internet and guide them toward fiber-optic solutions that fit their homes. The Fiber Sales Specialist will then build sales relationships, explain AT&T Fiber plans with honesty and simplicity, and oversee enrollments from initial sales interest to active service. Responsibilities of the Fiber Sales Specialist Engage customers through sales conversations that introduce AT&T Fiber's high‑speed internet as a solution for modern home connectivity. Recommend the most suitable AT&T Fiber speed tiers by evaluating each household's streaming, remote‑work, gaming, and entertainment habits. Highlight AT&T Fiber's symmetrical speeds, reliability, and whole‑home Wi‑Fi performance to support value‑driven purchase decisions. Guide customers through enrollment, plan selection, and activation steps to ensure a smooth and supportive AT&T Fiber onboarding experience. Follow up with interested customers to answer questions, reinforce sales benefits, and move them closer to completing their AT&T Fiber order. Track sales activity, customer interactions, and outreach progress to meet performance goals and contribute to AT&T Fiber's overall growth. Qualifications of a Fiber Sales Specialist A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required. Shows patience during sales conversations about connectivity needs. Listens actively to uncover sales opportunities for AT&T Fiber upgrades. Works well independently while representing AT&T Fiber.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
