This role focuses on selling service agreements, T&M repairs, emergency response, retrofits, and capital planning solutions for commercial and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate understands mechanical systems, is comfortable in mechanical rooms, and can build trusted relationships with facility managers, property managers, and operations leaders. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial and industrial HVAC and plumbing accounts Sell service contracts, repairs, emergency services, and retrofit solutions Identify customer needs through site walks and equipment evaluations Partner with service managers and technicians to develop accurate scopes and pricing Present proposals, budgets, and long-term maintenance strategies Maintain CRM activity, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasting Grow existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on system performance, risk, and lifecycle planning
