Position Overview Lofton Staffing & Security Services is looking for an experienced Sales Representative with a background in sales and marketing to service and develop staffing and security clients. Your territory will be the Greater New Orleans market. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills to succeed in this position. Position Key Responsibilities Independently develop leads through leads, cold calling, appointment setting, networking and the like Service existing accounts Create written proposals and reports Regularly attend and get involved with trade and industry associations Position Salary and Compensation Competitive Base Salary Commission Plan with unlimited earning potential Performance Bonus plan potential Competitive and comprehensive benefits plan to include health, dental, vision, 401K and the like Position Requirements College degree preferred Must have at least 2 years of sales experience Recruiting experience a plus
