Job Description

Inside Sales Rep Needed! Our Lofton office is looking for a driven candidate to fill an exciting inside sales position with a local New Orleans Company!
Duties include:
Taking customer orders over the phone. Creating sales orders in Microsoft Navision. Determining number of boxes and weights of each box. Get accurate UPS or FedEx shipping charges. Assisting in packaging orders in the warehouse. Verify billing and shipping addresses. Trouble shooting issues. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of administrative/office experience. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must be able to multitask. Excellent oral, telephone, and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. This is a long term position. Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. $16.00 an hour.
