Full Job Description Job Overview:
As an Automotive Sales Consultant , you will assist customers in selecting and purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles. You will build lasting customer relationships, provide expert product knowledge, and create a seamless and enjoyable buying experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess their vehicle needs Provide in-depth knowledge of Toyota models, features, and financing options Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities Build rapport and follow up with potential and existing customers Negotiate pricing and financing terms in a professional and transparent manner Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of inventory and promotions Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals Work collaboratively with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions Stay informed about industry trends and advancements
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
