Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and services. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to highlight features and benefits. Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal efficiently and effectively. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure smooth customer experiences. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to individual and team goals. Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
