Full Job Description Inside Sales & Parts Specialist Pay Range:

$17-$24/hour (DOE)

PM Position Overview:

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Inside Sales & Parts Specialist to support sales activities, assist customers with product selection, and manage inventory-related responsibilities. This role combines inside sales, customer service, order processing, and inventory coordination in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to build relationships while ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in locating and purchasing products, parts, and accessories. Develop strong product knowledge to answer customer questions and provide recommendations confidently. Guide customers through the sales process, including quotes, order entry, payment processing, and documentation. Conduct customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Generate new leads, referrals, and sales opportunities. Work toward and achieve monthly sales goals and quotas. Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and special orders. Identify components and products using digital catalogs and diagrams. Process transactions using point-of-sale and inventory management systems. Follow up on backorders and communicate order status to customers. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales and inventory area. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Support additional sales and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of sales, customer service, or parts management experience required. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn technical products quickly. Proficiency with CRM systems, point-of-sale systems, and inventory software is a plus. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods as needed. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
