Experience in the flooring industry with some degree of product/installation knowledge is strongly preferred, but not required. C&C Wholesale Distributors is a family owned and operated flooring distribution company who is looking to add to our successful team. We have a proven track record of success in the flooring and covering industry since 1975 . We need to find driven individuals to continue our unprecedented long-term success. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Providing customer service to walk in customers Taking orders over the phone and answering product questions Monitoring fax and email orders coming in from customers Communicating with outside sales people on arranging customer orders and deliveries Helping pull materials in the warehouse and regularly communicating with warehouse personnel Assisting in the daily sales close out Checking in and logging storage materials Checking stock with different manufacturers Eventually assisting with ordering product/ managing stock levels Assisting branch manager

Ideal Qualities:

Familiar with the floor covering industry and products Customer service background Excellent phone skills Ability to learn about large amount of products in a short time Proficient computer skills Outstanding communication and organizational skills Desire to learn quickly and think outside the box to problem solve and acquire solutions and information for customers and sales team Hard worker that is willing to put in extra effort to ensure our customers are satisfied Ability to perform in a fast paced environment Works well with others and is a team player
