Automotive Sales Representative Acton Ford - Acton, MA Are you an experienced automotive sales professional looking for your next opportunity? We're looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals who want to take their career to the next level with a dealership known for integrity, stability, and long-term customer relationships. What You'll Do Build relationships with new and existing customers, helping them select the right vehicle to fit their needs. Guide customers through the sales process, including trade-in evaluation, financing, leasing, and delivery. Maintain in-depth product knowledge across Ford's full lineup, including the latest electric and hybrid vehicles. Leverage dealership systems and digital tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer communications. Work with sales managers and teammates to meet and exceed monthly sales goals while delivering a top-tier customer experience. What We're Looking For Proven track record of success in automotive sales (minimum 1-2 years preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build trust and rapport with a wide range of customers. Motivated self-starter who thrives in a goal-driven environment. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
