Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to support customer inquiries and generate sales Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions Prepare and process quotes, orders, and follow-ups in a timely manner Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems Proactively reach out to leads and dormant accounts to generate new business opportunities Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics Resolve customer issues and concerns with professionalism and urgency Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00PM Skills:
Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or industrial sales environments Familiarity with order processing systems and inventory management Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas Good problem-solving and negotiation skills Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or related fieldEducation:
