It is our goal to recruit quality individuals who have the drive to succeed and grow within the company. We pride ourselves on the foundation that we have built for our employees. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options Continue to gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology Test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features Support on-line customers by setting appointments Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
REQUIREMENTS 1-2
years of sales experience required Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment Valid driver's license required and clean driving record Able to pass background screen Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation & presentation skills Sales inclusive of new and pre-owned vehicles
