Job Description
United Home Experts is looking for a motivated, hungry, sales specialist with great phone skills! We are growing our marketing efforts to include inside sales and dedicated outbound callers. We're looking for a key person who can hit the ground running, learn our systems and drive call volume. Initial Responsibilities Calling homeowners to offer free, no-obligation home improvement consultations Following a simple qualifying script (no selling - just set the appointment!) Making 200 to 500 calls a day Booking appointments directly into our system Prove ability to drive volume to justify expansion of team What We're Looking For Strong communicator with a confident phone presence Able to follow a script and stay focused Experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or appointment setting Self-starter who's excited about performance based bonus ($$ for every appointment!) Work collaboratively with management and other team members.
