Luxury Jewelry Sales Consultant

Overview:

We are seeking a polished and client-focused Luxury Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will deliver an exceptional, personalized shopping experience while representing a brand known for quality and honesty. Key Responsibilities:

Provide a premium, consultative sales experience tailored to each client Develop and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and outreach Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of jewelry collections, gemstones, and materials Maintain visual merchandising standards Support clients with watch batteries, repairs, showcase sales, and custom orders Uphold brand standards and ensure a luxury in-store experience

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for client service Professional appearance and demeanor Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to build rapport and resolve issues effectively.

Preferred Skills:

Previous retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or jewelry retail environments Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions. Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals Experience with CRM systems and clienteling
