This is a field-based role . You will be on the road daily visiting kitchen & bath showrooms, building relationships, and opening new dealer accounts. If you're looking for a desk job, this is not it. What You'll Do Visit kitchen & bath showrooms every day Introduce 802 Cabinetry to owners and designers Build relationships and develop accounts over time Open new dealer accounts and follow up consistently Keep simple, accurate records of visits (notes + photos) Who This Role Is For This role fits someone who has experience in: Outside sales / field sales / territory sales Visiting businesses in person and managing a route or territory Typical backgrounds: Cabinets, flooring, tile, building materials Supply house or contractor sales Telecom or route sales (Comcast, ADT, etc.) What Matters You show up every day and stay consistent You're comfortable walking into businesses and starting conversations You can manage your own schedule and territory You follow through and build relationships over time This is a long-term, relationship-based sales role — not quick transactions. Requirements Proven B2B or field sales experience (preferred) Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle Willing to travel daily across New England Smartphone for basic reporting Professional communication skills Compensation Base salary: $80,000 - $105,000 Performance bonus Clear and straightforward structure About 802 Cabinetry 802 Cabinetry is a wholesale cabinet company serving kitchen & bath showrooms.
