  • Full-time, Contract Informatix Health Serving Greater Boston, South Shore, MetroWest & Surrounding Massachusetts Areas Informatix Health is growing, and we are looking for an energetic, motivated, and relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Business Development & Clinical Liaison.
This is not a desk-only position. We are looking for someone who enjoys being out in the community, visiting facilities, building relationships, meeting healthcare professionals, and helping expand our nursing staffing and private care services across Massachusetts. If you are confident, personable, organized, and enjoy building strong business relationships, this could be a great fit for you. What You'll Do Visit nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and healthcare offices Introduce and market Informatix Health's staffing and private care services Build relationships with facility administrators, DONs, staffing coordinators, case managers, and social workers to understand their needs and how Informatix Health can help Generate new client partnerships and maintain existing accounts Assist with contracts, onboarding, and service agreements Help grow our private care client base in the community Attend networking events, healthcare events, and community outreach activities Follow up on leads and maintain communication with potential clients Coordinate with office staff to ensure smooth client support Help identify new business opportunities throughout Greater Boston, South Shore, MetroWest, and nearby areas Perform additional business development and marketing tasks as needed Areas Covered Greater Boston South Shore MetroWest Quincy Braintree Weymouth Brockton Randolph Dorchester Hyde Park Framingham Norwood Plymouth Middleborough New Bedford and surrounding Massachusetts communities What We're Looking For ✔ Strong sales, communication and people skills ✔ Comfortable traveling locally for meetings and facility visits ✔ Self-motivated and goal-oriented ✔ Professional and organized ✔ Healthcare, staffing, admissions, marketing, or home care experience preferred ✔ Ability to build lasting professional relationships towards steady recurring revenue ✔ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
