This is an in-person, door-to-door sales position where you will be speaking directly with homeowners, generating leads, and helping customers learn about energy efficiency and home improvement solutions. No prior sales experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and a clear growth path for the right individuals. This is a high-income opportunity for people who are competitive, coachable, and willing to work hard. Responsibilities Canvass residential neighborhoods in assigned territories Speak with homeowners face-to-face Generate and qualify leads Schedule appointments for homeowners Track activity and maintain follow-up communication Represent the company professionally in the field Work independently while contributing to team goals Qualifications Strong communication skills Positive attitude and casual but professional appearance Reliable transportation (is a must) Ability to work outdoors and walk for extended periods of time Coachable and motivated to improve Sales experience is a plus but not required
