This is a door-to-door sales position where you will speak directly with homeowners to help identify opportunities for heating and cooling system upgrades, energy savings, and home comfort improvements. This role is ideal for individuals who are competitive, coachable, and comfortable talking with people face-to-face. No HVAC experience is required — we provide full sales and product training. Responsibilities Canvass residential neighborhoods in assigned territories Speak with homeowners about HVAC systems and energy efficiency Generate and qualify leads for HVAC consultations Schedule appointments for homeowners Track daily activity and follow-up communication Represent the company professionally in the field Work independently while contributing to team goals Qualifications Strong communication skills Positive attitude and casual but professional appearance Reliable transportation ( a must) Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods Self-motivated and coachable Sales experience is a plus but not required
