Full-Time We are seeking a professional, customer-focused, and motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle, building lasting relationships, and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced dealership environment. Responsibilities Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, from initial inquiry to delivery. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options. Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives. Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business. Maintain knowledge of current inventory, vehicle features, financing options, and promotions. Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales activities. Work closely with finance, service, and management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance objectives. Maintain compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations. Qualifications Previous sales experience required. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Professional demeanor and appearance. Customer-first mindset with a positive attitude. Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
